New Bead Bundles

I have been using copper wire to string up my bead sets forever, but with the cost of copper wire going up it just seems like a frivolous expense.

I also have been wanting to change the look of my shop to something maybe a bit warmer and inviting.

I bought some lovely green hemp cord on etsy and started stringing up my beads into these sweet little bundles and I am very pleased with the outcome.

Favorites

These turned out so pretty.  I had set them aside for myself, but then I realized I was hording my treasure again.  I decide to put them up in my shop. I can always make more right??
I really like how this double sided large bead came out. Especially with that green glaze on it.  I will put this set up in my store tomorrow!

These were also hard to part with but now the too reside in my Etsy shop.

Hippie Beads ... Man

I love how these babies turned out!  I am gonna try and make more. Lets hope the glaze fairies are kind.  These beads definitely tug on my heart strings, I wish I would have had them back in my Grateful Dead days.......

Peace man! Yeah I know I am a dork! These are dual sided with peace signs on one side and hearts on the other.
Both sets and more are in my Etsy shop! Come on by and check out all my beads and baubles.

Beautiful Porcelain Beads

I was messing with lowfire clay, raku and stoneware clay for so long I forgot how beautiful and amazing working with porcelain clay can be.

This past week I was able to get a couple of glaze firings in and while it literally takes all day to fire the results are stunning. I have posted some bead sets in my shop... reluctantly, I might add.  I really really wanted to keep them!

My neck is out so I am going to put up some pictures and then go lay down.
